Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) leader Sajjad Shafi Uri alleged on Sunday that political parties who are not part of the INDIA alliance are secretly collaborating with the BJP.
He made these remarks while inaugurating the party’s election office in Boniyar, Uri, in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district doay.
Sajad, who is likely to be the party candidate from the border constituency of Uri, claimed that these parties, who remained silent during the Lok Sabha elections, are now adopting an underground strategy to support the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections.
He challenged them to openly apologise for their past support for the BJP, stating that NC’s pro-people policies will provide jobs, free electricity, water, and increased ration quotas.
The event was attended by senior NC leaders, including DDC Mohammad Ismail Khan, Tehsil President Raja Javaid, Block President Nazir Ahmed Chack, and others.
