Four students of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Patiala, were killed when their high-speed SUV car met with an accident, Punjab police said.
The late Friday accident took place on the highway near village Bakshiwala on Bhadson Road of the district.
The deceased include three boys and one girl, all of them were law students. A youth has also been injured in the accident, the police said Saturday.
The students were returning to the hostel after a party at a nearby hotel when the tragedy occured.
The police have sent the bodies for post-mortem and the parents of the victims have been informed.
