PM to launch BJP’s nationwide membership drive

Date:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday will launch the BJP’s ‘Sanghatan Parva, Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024’ in the presence of BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda at party headquarters in New Delhi.

The first phase of the membership campaign will start from September 2 to 25, and the second phase from October 1 to 15.

Along with this, an active membership campaign will begin from October 16 to 31.

“The membership campaign 2024 is a great opportunity for all the interested citizens of the country to join the Bharatiya Janata Party and contribute to the development of the country step by step,” BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde earlier said.

On August 17, the BJP took the decision to begin the members campaign.

“The main objective of this membership campaign is to connect and organize the people with the spirit of nation building of BJP, the ideology of the party, and the plan to make India a fully developed nation by 2047,” said Vinod Tawde.

As per party sources, primary membership would be done through missed calls (8800002024), the NaMo App, QR codes, and traditional application forms, ensuring that people in areas with limited mobile coverage or those without mobile phones can participate.

Along with this, the party has decided to expand its presence extensively from the national level to the state, city, village, and booth level.
