Probably TMC cadres being engaged before Panchayat Elections in a shady way : Suvendu

Date:

West Bengal Leader of Opposition in State Assembly Suvendu Adhikari on Monday alleged that State Home Department is enrolling thousands of Temporary Home Guards

for six months at Rs 565 per day.

Taking to twitter, Adhikari said, “WB Home Department is enrolling thousands of Temporary Home Guards for 6 months @ Rs. 565 per day.”

“With no public declaration of the recruitment drive, probably TMC Cadres are being engaged before Panchayat Elections in a shady way or posts are being sold in exchange of bribe,” he said.

“The relevant question is that; how would an eligible candidate get to know about the vacancy & apply for the post? @HomeBengal can you elaborate the selection procedure of the already recruited Home Guards? Pick & choose basis? Who picked & chose them? What was the criteria?” Adhikai questioned.

He said, ” This is a new Recruitment Scam in West Bengal and it’s my prediction that sooner or later the Officials involved in this scam would eventually get entangled in legal proceedings in the Court of Law as a section of deprived eligible candidates may knock on the doors of Justice. “
