A software engineer’s wife and three-year-old daughter committed suicide by jumping from the 18th floor of an apartment complex in Narsingh, Hyderabad, on Sunday night, police said.
According to police, the deceased was identified as Manasa (30) and her daughter Krushi (3). Manasa’s husband was not at home at the time of the incident.
The family, originally from Bhimavaram, was residing in the “My Home Avatar” apartment complex in Narsingh, police said.
Preliminary investigation suggests that Manasa had been suffering from health issues, which may have led to the tragic incident, police stated.
