Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said the water level of the Yamuna River is receding slowly and the situation will become normal soon.
Kejriwal is expecting that if there is no heavy rain again, then both Water Treatment Plants, Chandrawal and Wazirabad, will be operational by tomorrow.
Taking to Twitter, Kejriwal wrote, ‘The water level of the Yamuna River is slowly decreasing. If there is no heavy rain again, the situation will become normal soon. Started withdrawing water from Chandrawal and Wazirabad water treatment plants. After this, the machines will dry. Both plants will be operational by tomorrow. Please take care and help each other.”
