Former Team India Captain and President of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) Mohammed Azharuddin’s father Mohammed Azizuddin passed away on Tuesday night.
He was 93.
Azizuddin breathed his last in Hyderabad due to age-related ailments, according to family members here.
Azharuddin, who was in Mumbai and attended the 91st Annual General Meeting of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) rushed back home on hearing the news.
The funeral will be held today.
Meanwhile, TPCC President A Revanth Reddy offered his condolences to the bereaved family members.
