An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 147 km east of Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, at 0150 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 15.00 degrees north latitude and 147.10 degrees east longitude.
