One killed in Quetta bomb blast


One person was killed and 11 others were injured in a grenade attack in Pakistan’s Quetta city, media reports said on Friday.

According to the police, motorcycle-borne assailants hurled the grenade at Joint Road market area late Thursday, Xinhua news agency reported.

No group or person claimed responsibility for the attack.

Last week, several people were injured in a similar attack outside a stadium when a football match was going on near the Airport Road area.
