Pak strongly condemns terrorist attack in Türkiye

Pakistan strongly condemned a terrorist attack on the production facility of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAS) in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, that killed five people and wounded 22 others on Wednesday.

“We express our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,” the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The government of Pakistan reaffirms its unwavering support for Türkiye’s efforts to combat the scourge of terrorism and stands in solidarity with the brotherly people of Türkiye, the statement added.

The foreign ministry said that Pakistan is confident that the Turkish nation, with its characteristic grit and determination, will defeat the menace of terrorism.
