Four individuals were tragically killed and five others sustained injuries when an autorickshaw they were travelling in collided with an unidentified vehicle at Me Kaalagandi village, Gudihathnoor Mandal, in the Adilabad district, on Saturday morning.
According to the police, the autorickshaw, carrying 10 passengers from Santhinagar, was en-route from Ichoda to Adilabad at the time of the accident.
The injured victims have been promptly transported to RIMS Hospital in Adilabad for necessary medical treatment.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway, the police added.
