Agartala, 6th July 2025:  Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha today said that the implementation process of the Tiprasa Accord is underway and that he is in regular contact with Tipra Motha Party founder Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma.

Dr. Saha’s remarks came in response to Tipra Motha MLA Ranjit Debbarma’s recent allegation that both the state and central governments have done little to implement the provisions of the Accord.

Addressing the media, the Chief Minister said, “I am constantly in touch with Pradyot Manikya. The process of implementing the Tiprasa Accord is ongoing.”Regarding the MLA’s threat to withdraw support from the BJP-led government, Dr. Saha stated, “This appears to be an internal matter of the Tipra Motha Party. I don’t wish to comment on it. As of now, I haven’t received any official communication in this regard.”
