BJP boot office ablaze at Bishalgarh, allegation again CPIM, Cong

Agartala: February 01. Despite the promise of violence free poll, political violence is continue in the poll bound state as another booth office of  BJP burnt by miscreants.

The booth office of the ruling party was again burnt by miscreants. The incident took place in Bishalgarh Legislative Assembly Booth No. 34 i.e. West Lakshibil area. Bishalgarh BJP mandal leaders including BJP’s nominated candidate Sushant Deb rushed to the spot after receiving the incident.

Speaking with the media, Sushant said that since there was no program of the opposition party, Congress and CPM have chosen various anti-social activities starting from burning the booth office of the ruling party as their party program.

Sushant said that CPIM and Congress have started conspiracy knowing that defeat is certain. He advised the party workers not to step into any incitement. He further informed the Returning Officer in this regard.

He also said that the securities of the opposition will be confiscated in the upcoming assembly elections. He also claimed that he cannot have any effect on people by resorting to this kind of terrorism. Police and CRPF jawans along with Bishalgarh sub-divisional police officer rushed to the spot after receiving the information.
