Agartala, 2nd January 2026: The annual Chabimura Festival will take place at the foothills of Chabimura on January 12, 2026. The decision was finalized during a preparatory meeting held recently at the conference hall of the Amarpur Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office.
The meeting was chaired by MLA Ranjit Das and attended by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Anupam Chakraborty, officials from various government departments, and representatives of the Jamatia Hoda.
As part of the celebrations, an all-night cultural program will be organized, showcasing traditional performances and local talent. In addition, several government departments will set up stalls to display information on developmental initiatives.
