Agartala, 16th January 2026: As part of the party’s proactive Indian agenda, the State Congress has launched a talent hunt initiative to select spokespersons at the state level.
The program was inaugurated on Friday at the State Congress office by State Congress President Ashis Kumar Saha. State Congress spokesperson Prabir Chakraborty and other party leaders were also present.
The program, which began on Friday, will run until January 29. On January 19 and 20, district-level press conferences will be held to kickstart the initiative. Aspiring Congress spokespersons must submit their online applications by January 24. Between January 27 and 29, applicants at the district level will be shortlisted.
Selected candidates will then have the opportunity to participate at the state level. Those chosen at the state level will be given the chance to compete at the national level, according to the State Congress President.
