Agartala, 20th February 2026 The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Yuva Morcha has announced that a youth rally will be held in Dharmanagar on March 3. The event will be attended by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, and Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Tinku Roy. The announcement was made at a press conference today.
Party leaders explained that the rally, originally planned for February 17 at the BBI School ground in Dharmanagar, had to be postponed due to the commencement of board examinations on that date. Following the Chief Minister’s advice, the new date was set for March 3.
Organizers said the rally, to be held at the same venue, is expected to draw large participation from youths and people across North Tripura district. Preparations are already underway, with promotional activities being carried out at the mandal and booth levels to ensure wide outreach.
According to the organizers, the March 3 rally will serve as a demonstration of unity and strength among the youth of North Tripura.
District BJP president Kajal Das, Yuva Morcha state secretary Kishan Chakraborty, district secretary Haran Das, and district Yuva Morcha convener Janmajit Kanu were present at the press conference.
