Delhi CM , UP Dy CM arrives to visit Mata Bari, Laud Tripura’s Growth

Agartala, 13th May 2026 : Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak arrived in Tripura on Wednesday on a spiritual visit to the revered Tripura Sundari Temple, one of the country’s most significant Shakti Peethas, situated in Gomati district.

The leaders were warmly received at Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport in Agartala by Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha and BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharya, along with party supporters and officials.

Expressing her happiness after arriving in the state, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said visiting Tripura brought her a deep sense of peace and positivity. She stated that she looked forward to seeking the blessings of Maa Tripura Sundari and praying for the prosperity of the people.

“I am delighted to be in Tripura today. The warmth and affection shown by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and party workers is truly heartening. I pray that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the dream of Viksit Bharat and Viksit Tripura continues to gain momentum and brings inclusive development and welfare to every citizen,” she said.

UP Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak also highlighted the spiritual importance of the visit and praised the developmental progress witnessed across the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“We have come to the sacred land of Tripura to seek the blessings of Maa Tripura Sundari. The spirit of development and progress is visible across the nation today. We pray that under the leadership of Chief Minister Manik Saha, Tripura continues its journey towards becoming one of India’s leading states. We also pray for the successful realization of Prime Minister Modi’s vision of a strong and developed India,” Pathak said.

The visit of the two senior leaders is being seen as both a spiritual and political outreach, reflecting the growing importance of Tripura in the national political landscape.
