Ex-CM and MP Biplab Kumar Deb Receives Warm Welcome in Bhutan

Agartala, 13th May 2026 : Member of Parliament and former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Wednesday expressed gratitude for the warm reception extended to the Indian Parliamentary Delegation in Bhutan.

Sharing his experience during the visit, Deb said the delegation looks forward to meaningful engagements and discussions aimed at further strengthening the longstanding friendship and parliamentary ties between India and Bhutan.

He highlighted the deep-rooted relationship between the two neighbouring nations and emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and mutual understanding through parliamentary exchanges.

The visit is expected to further enhance bilateral relations and reinforce the historic partnership shared by India and Bhutan.
