Agartala, 3rd August 2026: A review meeting on the preparedness and implementation plan for the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) Model District initiative was held on Monday at the Conference Hall of the District Magistrate’s Office, West Tripura.
The meeting assessed the district’s readiness for implementing the ABDM framework across healthcare institutions and discussed measures to strengthen digital health infrastructure. Officials and stakeholders focused on increasing the generation of ABHA IDs, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare facilities with the digital health ecosystem, improving data management and creating greater awareness among beneficiaries.
The meeting also deliberated on a comprehensive roadmap to transform West Tripura into a model district under ABDM, with emphasis on delivering accessible, efficient, transparent and technology-driven healthcare services.
The district administration reiterated its commitment to using digital innovation to strengthen healthcare delivery and improve the quality of public health services across West Tripura.
