Agartala, June 11, 2023: The dead body of an individual was found in an abandoned drain at West Charkabai Uttar Para. The incident came to light when local residents stumbled upon the deceased person in the drain, prompting them to inform the authorities. The police swiftly took the body to Baikhora Primary Health Center for post-mortem examination. The deceased has been identified as Karthik Bhowmik, a resident of West Charakbai Uttar Para, who was reportedly employed as a mason. Bhowmik had been reported missing since Saturday afternoon.
