Prez, PM, Shah, Naveen greet people on auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra

The President of India, the Prime Minister, the Home Minister and the Odisha Chief Minister have extended greetings to the people on the occasion of the famous Rath Yatra being celebrated all over the country and abroad on Tuesday.

President Droupadi Murmu tweeted, ”On the occasion of the commencement of the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath, I extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all the countrymen, especially the devotees of Lord Jagannath.

She said “I pray to Mahaprabhu Jagannath that this festival of devotion and dedication brings happiness, peace and prosperity in everyone’s life. Jai Jagannath!”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also greeted the people on the occasion of Ratha Yatra.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said ‘’ Ratha Yatra greetings to everyone. As we celebrate this sacred occasion, may the divine journey of Lord Jagannath fill our lives with health, happiness and spiritual enrichment.’’

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also extended his warm greetings to all, on the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra. Shah tweeted ” May maha Prabhu Jagannath bless everyone with good health, joy and prosperity.’

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik too extended his greetings to the people on the famous Rath Yatra.

Patnaik tweeted,” My best wishes to all on the auspicious occasion of the Holy Rath Yatra. With the blessings of the Lord and your cooperation, let us pave the way for the development of New Odisha. #JayJagannath.
