Unidentified youth’s dead body recovered in Maharajganj Bazar area

Agartala, September 02, 2023: A sense of intrigue and unease has enveloped the Maharajganj Bazar area following the discovery of a lifeless body of a young man, yet to be identified. The perplexing incident unfolded late on Friday night when local residents stumbled upon the deceased individual and promptly reported the matter to the Maharajganj fire station.

In response to the distressing call, firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene and successfully retrieved the unidentified youth’s body. Subsequently, they transported it to the morgue at GB Hospital for further examination and investigation.

Upon recovery of the body, the firefighters promptly notified the Maharajganj police outpost, prompting law enforcement officials to take action. On Saturday morning, police personnel made their way to the GB Hospital morgue to gather more information about the case.

Preliminary observations by the police revealed an absence of visible injury marks on the deceased’s body. However, they noted the presence of blood emanating from the nose and mouth. To ascertain the circumstances surrounding the young man’s tragic demise, a thorough post-mortem examination will be conducted.

The enigmatic nature of the incident has stirred apprehension and concern throughout the Maharajganj market area, leaving the community anxiously awaiting answers and clarity regarding the circumstances leading to the untimely death.
