Police sources revealed that these three Bangladeshi nationals, who had illegally entered Indian territory, were apprehended in Tripura while heading towards Sealdah in West Bengal.

“The Government Railway Police arrested them at Dharmanagar railway station on Tuesday night. The group includes two women, Salma Begum (23) and Tahira Begum (42), along with a minor girl named Samina. They were identified as residents of Amtali village in the Moulviganj police station under the Basirhat district. The GRP handed them over to Tripura Police yesterday,” stated a police officer.
