Agartala: August 25. Ending all speculation on the appointment of new BJP state president in Tripura, the top brass of the party has decided to appoint Rajib Bhattacharjee as the state president of BJP.
In a press release of BJP it was informed that national president of BJP JP Nadda has decided to appoint Rajib Bhattacharjee as the new BJP president of Tripura.Earlier it was decided to select the Kishore Barman as the president of BJP in the state however after a series of meeting JP Nadda has given his consent of the decission.
Dr Manik Saha who is now president of BJP and also chief minister of Tripura would soon relieved from his post.
