Agartala, 19th April 2024:  Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha said on Friday that he cast his vote with the goal of development of the country.

After voting at Maharani Tulibati Higher Secondary School, Dr. Saha expressed satisfaction, stating, “It feels good to cast one’s vote, especially with development in mind.”

He urged voters to consider which party would prioritize development, peace, and unity when casting their ballots.  “We must support those who will work for the betterment of our society,” he emphasized.

Addressing allegations from the opposition, the Chief Minister remarked, “I haven’t observed any irregularities. All polling agents were present inside the polling stations. The lack of substance in their claims suggests they lack support. If any issues arise, I trust the Election Commission of India will address them. We have also instructed for peaceful elections.”
