Agartala, 19th June 2024: Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu conducted an official visit to the Gomati Hydel Project, a key hydroelectric power station in the state. Following a thorough inspection of the facilities, the Governor convened a meeting with district administration officials at the Tirthamukh fairground.
During the meeting, Governor Nallu engaged in detailed discussions on leveraging the water resources of the Dumbur reservoir and the Gomati river to enhance power generation. The discussions also explored potential development projects that could be initiated using these water resources. Officials from various departments presented their plans, providing the Governor with a comprehensive overview of ongoing and proposed initiatives.
