Agartala, 22nd June 2024: The Madhurupa Memorial Center Welfare Society hosted the Mega Career Carnival 2024 on Saturday at the Indoor Hall of the International Fair Ground, Hapania here. The event was inaugurated by Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, who commenced the festivities by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
In his address, Minister Chowdhury highlighted significant advancements in the state’s higher education system, emphasizing the ongoing improvements. He credited the establishment of the state’s dental college to the initiatives of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, noting the government’s commitment to quality education and its ambitious plans to further elevate Tripura’s higher education landscape.
Dr. Padma Shri awardee Purushottam Dhadichi was also present at the event. Minister Chowdhury acknowledging Dhadichi on stage called for efforts to advance Tripura’s educational sector. The Minister expressed optimism about the students’ future success, underscoring the carnival’s role in helping them focus on building their careers.
The Mega Career Carnival 2024 saw participation from twenty universities across the country, providing students with a platform to explore various educational opportunities and chart their paths to success.
