Agartala, 24th January 2025:   The All India Congress Committee has initiated a nationwide movement program with the slogans “Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Sansthan.” The primary objective of this movement is to raise public awareness about what the party describes as a significant threat to the country’s constitution by the BJP-led government.

As part of this effort, a convention will be held in Kumarghat on January 26, featuring the same slogans. This announcement was made by Pradesh Congress spokesperson Prabir Chakraborty during a press conference at the Pradesh Congress Bhavan here today.

Chakraborty criticized the RSS, the ideological backbone of the Bharatiya Janata Party, for its historical opposition to the freedom struggle and its past refusal to respect the national flag and anthem. He alleged that the RSS and the BJP-led government are now attempting to undermine the country’s sacred constitution by introducing a new constitution aligned with their own ideology. Consequently, the Congress has launched this movement to oppose their plans and safeguard the constitution.
