Agartala: October 17. Tripura government has initiated a minor reshuffle in the civil administration level today.As per a notification undersigned by Md H Rahaman, Under Secretary of Tripura government said L. T. Darlong, IAS, District Magistrate and Collector, Dhalai District, Ambassa is transferred and posted as Secretary, Government of Tripura.
“On assumption, Darlong will hold the charge of Tribal Welfare Department. Darlong will also hold the charge of Director of Tribal Welfare, Tripura, Agartala, in addition”, the order said.It further said that Dr. Siddharth Shiv Jaiswal, IAS Director of Social Welfare & Social Education, Tripura, Agartala is transferred and posted as District Magistrate & Collector, Dhalai District, Ambassa.
While , Uttam Kumar Chakma, IAS, District Magistrate & Collector, Unakoti District, Kailashahar is transferred and posted as Secretary.The government has appointed Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS, as District Magistrate & Collector, Unakoti District, Kailashahar. He was serving as Director of Tribal Welfare, with additional charges of CEO, TRLM and Mission Director, NULM, Agartala.
“On expiry Child Care Leave, Smt. Smitha Mol M.S., IAS is posted as Director of Social Welfare & Social Education, Tripura, Agartala. She will also hold the charges of CEO, TRLM and Mission Director, NULM, Agartala, in addition”, the order reads.
