Agartala Dec 07: With seven charter point demands raised in the interest of student welfare, SFI Sadar Divisional Committee placed deputation to the SDM Sadar, here on Wednesday.
Talking to the reporters after placing the deputation, SFI Sadar Divisional secretary Abhijit Deb said, “The day’s deputation is a part of state-wide program taken up by SFI from November 25th to December 26th”.
“Today we picked up 7 important demands. One of the most important demands is to provide sufficient number of teachers in schools, colleges and educational institutes across the state. At the same time the government has to ensure jobs for the youths”, he added.SFI also demanded to hold College elections at the earliest.
