Agartala, 23rd June 2025:   A group of tribal online delivery workers associated with Flipkart submitted a deputation to the Jampuijala Labor Department on Monday alleging that they have not received their salaries for the past five months.

According to the aggrieved workers, they operate under Flipkart’s office located near Takajla Bazar, which oversees local delivery operations. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification and redressal from company officials, the workers claimed they received no satisfactory response regarding the withheld payments.

Frustrated by the continued inaction, the workers approached the Labor Department demanding immediate intervention. They also brought the matter to the attention of local media, voicing concerns over their livelihoods and seeking justice through legal and administrative channels.
