Sony Entertainment Television’s popular children’s singing reality show, ‘Superstar Singer 3’, brought viewers the charm of the monsoon season with its ‘Baarish Special’ episode.
Contestant Shubh Sutradhar from Siliguri captivated the audience with his soulful rendition of the timeless classic, ‘Rimjhim Gire Sawan’, earning a standing ovation from Super Judge Neha Kakkar and the captains.
Shubh’s performance was further enhanced by an innovative video he created, playing as a backdrop, which impressed everyone. Praising his performance, Neha Kakkar said, “Shubh has become a hero in every way. It’s a treat to hear you live, Shubh. Superstar Singer is about to come to an end, and I will miss listening to you live because your voice is beautiful. Your voice has the power to transport us to a different era; we all get lost in your performance. You are truly gifted.”
Captain Danish added, “A star is born today! You’re singing so beautifully, I was completely immersed in the music video. It’s a treat for our ears. You’re our upcoming rockstar!”
Overwhelmed by the praise, the 14-year-old Shubh requested Neha Kakkar to sing a song with him.
