Agartala, July 21, 2023: In a heart-wrenching incident, a 10-year-old boy named Tanveer Hossain drowned while bathing in a nearby pond at the Khilpara area of Udaipur on Friday afternoon.
According to witnesses, Tanveer and some other children from the neighborhood went to take a bath in the pond. Unfortunately, during the bath, Tanveer went missing. Panic ensued, and locals immediately started searching for him in the water. After approximately 20 minutes, they managed to locate the young boy submerged in the pond.
Rushing him to the Gomati District Hospital, he was taken to the trauma care center. However, the doctors at the hospital pronounced him dead, leaving his parents devastated. The entire community is mourning the tragic loss of Tanveer, who was known for his lively spirit and playfulness.
This incident has cast a shadow of grief over the neighborhood, with people coming together to support the grieving family during this difficult time.
