124th Bn of CRPF Salbagan felicitates meritorious students to inspire academic excellence

Agartala, 31st May 2025:  In a bid to boost enthusiasm and focus among young learners, the 124 Battalion of the CRPF at Salbagan organized a student felicitation ceremony at its battalion headquarters today. The event witnessed the participation of numerous CRPF personnel, students, and parents, creating an atmosphere charged with pride and inspiration.

The felicitation program was held to honour students who secured above 90% marks in the CBSE Madhyamik Examination 2025. Commandant of the 124 Bn CRPF, Ravish Kumar, presided over the ceremony and presented commendations and gifts to the high achievers. In his address, he praised the students for their dedication and commendable success.

“I highly appreciate the achievements of these students who have worked hard to reach this milestone. Meritorious students are the hope of our future, and we must continue to support and motivate them in their academic journey,” said Commandant Ravish Kumar during his speech.

The Commandant also encouraged the students to persevere in their efforts to realize their full potential and build a brighter future. Among the awardees was the son of HC/GD Dilip Das, who is currently serving in the battalion—adding a personal touch to the celebration.

All officers and personnel of the unit extended their heartfelt congratulations to the students and their families. The parents in attendance expressed their gratitude to the CRPF for this motivating initiative, appreciating the force’s commitment to promoting education and recognizing talent.

The event served not only as a celebration of academic excellence but also as a testament to the CRPF’s continued engagement with the community beyond its line of duty.
