Agartala, 23rd June 2026: The Tripura Cabinet has approved the recruitment of 186 Junior Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) through the Joint Recruitment Board of Tripura (JRBT).
Transport Minister and Cabinet Spokesperson Sushanta Chowdhury informed that the decision was taken at the recent Cabinet meeting, underscoring the government’s commitment to addressing staff shortages across various departments.
“The recruitment process will play a crucial role in filling manpower gaps and ensuring smoother functioning of state government offices,” Chowdhury stated. He emphasized that the addition of new personnel would not only enhance administrative efficiency but also contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services in the state.
