6 illegal Bangladeshi entrants detained by Police

Agartala Nov 24: Police of Irani Police Station detained six Bangladeshi citizens who entered into the state illegally.Jatindra Das, OC of Irani Police Station said, “Police team led by Police Officer Abu Awal of Irani Police Station were checking vehicles as usual in Babur Bazar area on Thursday afternoon. When according to information from secret sources, it was learnt that some unknown persons were spotted moving to Tilla Bazar area.”

Police personnel interrogated all six unknown citizens on the basis of suspicion. Facing police interrogation, the detained admitted that they were Bangladeshi citizens and came illegally to Tilla Bazar from Bangladesh on late night of November 23.The detained have been identified as Shamim Mia, Md Suhag Kazi, Sowell Rana, Al Amin Rahman, Farooq Hossain and Sawan Mia.
