Agartala, 24th October 2025: The All Tripura Diabetic Forum held its Annual General Meeting on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM at its office located within the Bipani Bitan complex in Durga Chowmuhani. The meeting concluded with the election of a new executive committee and council members who will serve for the 2025–2027 term.
A total of 11 executive members and 23 council members were elected during the session. The newly appointed executive committee comprises Dr. Rajat Kanti Bhattacharjee as President and Dr. Sushanta Kumar Sen as Working President. Dr. Ranendra Kumar Barman and Mr. Manish Dutta will serve as Vice Presidents, while Mr. Pranab Banik takes on the role of General Secretary. The Joint Secretaries are Dr. Indrajit Pal and Mr. Subhash Debnath. Mrs. Ruby Acharya has been named Treasurer. Dr. Debashis Nath will chair the Scientific Committee, Dr. Sunil Kanti Dhar will lead the Research Committee, and Dr. Krishna Pada Debnath has been appointed Chief Editor.
