Agartala, 14th July 2024: A student of class VII has accused a teacher Bimal Debnath of molestation. The alleged incident took place on Thursday last at the Class XII School in Salema Colony, Kamalpur sub-division.
According to the student and her mother, the teacher falsely accused her of theft leading to a traumatic experience. The teacher reportedly searched her belongings after calling her a thief, but nothing incriminating was found.
The student’s family is deeply affected by the incident, and they plan to seek legal recourse. However, the matter remains under police investigation.
While some believe the accusations against the teacher, others hope that the truth will emerge during the investigation.
