Agartala, 13th December 2025: Agartala Press Club will hold its Annual Awards Ceremony along with the presentation of the Amiyo Debroy Memorial Award and the Hiranyamay Chakraborty Memorial Award on December 14, 2025, at 4:30 pm at the Press Club premises.
The event will feature several distinguished guests, including Sports Minister Tinku Roy as the Chief Guest, Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumdar as the Special Guest, Press Club founding member Satyabrata Chakraborty and veteran editor Subal Kumar Dey as Honoured Guests, along with Press Club Vice President Chitra Roy and MBB University Registrar Sumanta Chakraborty as Other Guests.
The ceremony will be presided over by Pranab Sarkar, President of Agartala Press Club.
In addition to the memorial awards, winners of various sports competitions organized by the Press Club will also be felicitated during the program.
The Press Club has extended an invitation to all members and award recipients to attend the ceremony and make the occasion memorable.
