Agartala, 3rd July 2024: Assam Rifles organized an awareness Lecture on the occasion of “International Plastic Bag Free Day” at Agartala on Wednesday.
The lecture was conducted by Assam Rifles to promote awareness about the harmful effects of plastic bags on our environment and alternate ways to reduce its use in daily life.
The lecture also emphasized on the importance of recycling and composting plastic waste thereby saving ecosystems.
As many as 240 people attended the event with full zeal & enthusiasm and appreciated efforts of Assam Rifles to raise awareness on such environmental issues.
