Agartala, September 16, 2022: Bagafa Forest Ranger is constantly working in conservation of the forest. Under the leadership of Ranger Sanjib Sarkar, special operations are constantly being conducted in various places.
Meanwhile, some illegal timber including a Bolero Pick-up in Santirbazar sub-division’s Allicherra area and a commander jeep in Santirbazar railway station area were seized. This special operation was conducted under the leadership of Bagafa Forest Ranger Sanjib Sarkar and Patrolling Incharge Sujit Das.
In this operation conducted by the forest department, woods were seized. The market value of which is estimated to be Rs 1.50 lakh. Bagafa Forest Ranger Sarkar said that such operations will continue in the future.
