Agartala, 10th January 2024: In a strategic move, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has kick started its campaign ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, making an early push to secure victory in both constituencies within the state. State BJP president Rajib Bhattacharya led the charge by actively participating in a wall-painting program despite dense fog, displaying the party’s commitment to early and robust electioneering.
The wall-painting initiative took place today morning in front of the Banamalipur Mandal office, where Bhattacharya, accompanied by local BJP workers, symbolically marked the beginning of the election fervor by inscribing the Padmaphool sign.
The program is part of a statewide campaign aimed at strengthening the position of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Speaking with reporters, BJP chief said, “Our main aim is that we want Narendra Modi as our Prime Minister again and want to make PM Modi stronger by winning both the seats of Lok Sabha. Following this and keeping the election in front our party has undertaken a series of initiatives and among this one is the is painting on wall. Today across the state in all the booths we are paining lotus with a slogan fir se ekbar Modi Sarkar”.
