BJP to return to power in 2023, says former CM Biplab Deb filing his nomination papers

Agartala, September 12, 2022: Former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb filed his nomination papers and at the Legislative Assembly premises here on Monday in presence of incumbent Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, union minister of state Pratima Bhoumik, Pradesh BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, MP Rebati Tripura, cabinet ministers, MLAs and senior leaders of ruling party were present.

Speaking to reporters here, ex-Chief Minister Deb expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, union Home minister Amit Shah, union Defence minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Minister Dr Saha, Deputy Chief Minister Dev Varma, union minister of state Bhoumik, party’s state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, MP Rebati Tripura, cabinet ministers and BJP MLAs, karyakartas for keeping faith on him.

“The largest political party has nominated me for the Rajya Sabha seat and I have submitted my nomination papers today. Moreover, I have been assigned with the responsibility of ‘Prabhari’ for Haryana. I will spend 15 days each in Haryana and Tripura. Now, the vision of PM Modi of developmental initiatives to the last person of the society will definitely reach under the leadership of incumbent CM Dr Saha”, he added.

Deb said “I firmly believe that the responsibility which I have been assigned with will be giving my cent percent for the development. From 2015, I started working in Tripura. In the same way, I will work with collective efforts of all including ‘Pristha Pramukhs’ and karyakartas’ will return BJP into power in 2023 as well as achieve the target ‘Vision 2047’ in Tripura. Praying to Mata Tripureswari and under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP-led government will definitely return to power in Haryana and Tripura in 2024 and 2023, respectively.”
