Agartala, 15th July 2024 : Pradesh Congress Committee President Asish Kumar Saha on Monday led a nomination filing rally in Agartala and said that BJP is working hard to turn the election into farce.
He said that the party has completed filing nominations in Gomati district while in rest of the district are underway.
“The Panchayat election is coming and across the country we have filed candidates in all the seats and candidates are filing their nomination papers. In Gomati District on Friday the nominations completed and today nominations process are under way in West District and in other districts of the part. BJP is trying and working hard to turn the election into farce. Amidst this we are seeking support from the people. Today we have filed in 17 seats under West District Zila Parishads”, he said.
