Agartala, 16th May 2024:  BJP state chief spokesperson Subrata Chakraborty delivered a scathing critique of the CPIM and Left Front’s political strategies.

Addressing a press conference at BJP state headquarters here on Thursday, Chakraborty stated “The CPIM and Left Front are deliberately weaving a web of deception, aiming to disrupt the peaceful fabric of our state”. He accused them of engaging in “narrow politics” and spreading falsehoods to create instability.

Chakraborty expressed concern over the persistent grievances voiced by citizens regarding unemployment and food scarcity, attributing these issues to the CPIM’s disconnect with reality. “They have reached an extreme of falsehood, blinding themselves to the efforts of our youth who are striving for self-reliance,” he remarked.

The chief spokesperson also addressed the condition of the Congress party, suggesting that both Congress and CPIM are facing a crisis of support. “The Congress is deprived of people’s trust, just as the CPIM is,” he asserted. Chakraborty urged the public to remain vigilant and not be ensnared by what he described as their illusions.

Pradesh BJP leader Tapas Majumdar, who was also present, echoed Chakraborty’s sentiments and emphasized the importance of maintaining the state’s tranquility and progress. The press conference concluded with a call to the citizens to discern the truth and contribute to the state’s ongoing development and stability.
