Agartala, 14th June 2025: A blood donation camp was organized today at the Bungnang Health Centre in Sripur to mark the occasion of World Blood Donor Day. The event was held under the initiative of the Bungnang Primary Health Centre.
The blood donation camp began with the inauguration of a tree plantation ceremony. Among the dignitaries present were Dr. Arnab Das, in-charge of the Bungnang Primary Health Centre; Dilip Bardhan, member of the Yubarajnagar Panchayat Samiti; and social worker Malina Debnath,
“With the spirit that one blood donation can save a life, a total of 35 to 50 people are expected to donate blood at today’s camp” Dr. Arnab Das informed the media.
