Body of former BJP Mandal president recovered

Agartala: November 08. The body of former mandal president of the ruling party was recovered. The incident took place in Samarurpar village panchayat area of Kailashahar. The deceased was identified as Parimal Debnath.

As per sources Parimal lost his wife three years back and then married for the second time. After the second marriage the wife left the house taking all money and jewelry. After that, Parimal suffered from heart disease twice and was suffering of depression.In such a helpless state, Parimal was taken to Kiran Debnath’s house one of his close relative of the same village and Parimal started living there for the past one and a half years.

Kiran also said that since Parimal was depressed  he would go away from home without telling anyone.As usual on Monday around eight o’clock after having dinner both of them went to sleep. However today morning morning, when Kiran woke up found Parimal was missing. After searching, Kiran found a dead body in a pond, two kilometers away from the house.

Soon after the incident the police of Kailasahar police station came and recovered the body of Parimal.Police took the body to Unakoti District Hospital for post-mortem. It may be noted that deceased Parimal Debnath was an active and devoted member of BJP party. Parimal Debnath was Mandal President of Chandipur Mandal from 2004 to 2010. Deceased Parimal Debnath is said to have owned many properties. But the mystery surrounding the unusual death of this day is forming in the minds of the locals.
