Agartala, September 14, 2022: A central inspection team visited various healthcare institutions in North Tripura district to examine different aspects of health services provided to the common people. The central inspection team led by District Medical Officer Dr Rahul Purkayastha visited various community health centers, primary health centers, sub-health centers, Anganwadi centers in the district on September 6, 7 and 8 last.
The officials of the inspection team discussed with the local people about the facilities of various projects of the Health department, vaccination, examination of pregnant women during pregnancy and transportation arrangements and various services of the health center etc. During the visit, officials of the inspection team met at Jampui Primary Health Center in a meeting, in which Dr Sunny Debbarma, in-charge doctor of Jampui Primary Health Center presented various information about the health center through slide presentation. This news was informed in a press release from the Department of Family Welfare and Preventive Medicine on Wednesday.
