Agartala, December 16: Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday handed over employment offers to 1,280 Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post recipients at a ceremony held at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan here. He congratulated the new recruits and advised them to work with a sense of patriotism and efficiency.

He said that they should not be satisfied with doing the minimum work required, but strive to excel in their duties. He added that the future of Tripura state depends on their performance, as they will be handling the e-file system that will streamline the government processes.

He also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for transforming the face of Tripura state with his diamond model, which improved the road, rail, air and internet connectivity.
