Agartala, 14th September 2026 : The AD Nagar Ayushman Arogya Mandir Urban Polyclinic is scheduled to be inaugurated on September 24 by Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, Badharghat MLA Mina Rani Sarkar said.
Ahead of the inauguration, Sarkar held a meeting with officials and other stakeholders on Monday to review preparations for the programme. She also personally inspected the venue and took stock of the arrangements being made for the inaugural ceremony.
Speaking on the initiative, the MLA said the new Urban Polyclinic would play an important role in strengthening healthcare services for people in the area. She stressed the need for coordinated efforts among all concerned departments and stakeholders to ensure that the facility becomes operational effectively and provides better healthcare services to the public.
Sarkar said necessary arrangements are being undertaken in coordination with all stakeholders so that the inauguration programme can be conducted smoothly and successfully.
The establishment of the Ayushman Arogya Mandir Urban Polyclinic is expected to improve access to healthcare services for residents of AD Nagar and adjoining areas, while providing people with better access to essential medical facilities closer to their homes.
